My grandmother had a short haired, black and tan Dachshund when I was little. As one of my earliest memories of dogs, I’ve always loved how Dachshund’s are a package of little legs and big personalities. What’s not to love?
So when I saw this session by the talented Wet Nose Fotos I couldn’t wait for you all to meet George, the perfect Dachshund package.
From Shannon of Wet Nose Fotos:
Gorgeous George! This little doxy sure knew how to work the camera and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment. His session was in the beautiful New Farm park in Brisbane and it was in full bloom.
According to his mum –
“George loves people, especially those who pat him or throw his ball. He is a little bossy, which probably comes from having three adults cater to his every whim. He isn’t too keen on other dogs. He is a giant personality in a tiny body – most people think he is a puppy even though he is almost seven.”

Beautiful pictures! Dachshunds can be so goofy and the pictures capture that personality so well! The hardest part is getting low enough for those ground shots! ha!
Those are great photos. I think of getting professional photos of Chester and Gretel from time to time. I spend all of my extra money on my blog though so I probably can’t afford it 🙂
