When you’re told a dog’s name is Pouf! with an exclamation point, you know they’re going to have personality.
Despite what Elaine Benes thought, an exclamation point to me is all about joy, excitement and energy. Which is just what this adorable shoot by Fetchlight Photography has. Come along and meet Pouf!
From Jen:
Pouf! (with an exclamation point!) volunteered to model for my “Bridges” project, and how could I resist that face? These two pedestrian bridges span canyons in the Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego. I thought the straight lines and the wood and metal textures in the bridges contrasted nicely with this adorable dog’s, well, poufiness. She was very well-trained and a joy to work with, it’s hard to stop smiling when you’re around Pouf!
I met Pouf! at a charity walk close to Halloween, when she was dressed in a pink princess costume, complete with the tall cone hat. Pouf!’s mom is a veterinary surgeon, which makes her one lucky dog!
She didn’t start off quite so lucky, though, Pouf! had a broken leg when she first came into her person’s life as a puppy. Now Pouf! gets to be dressed up in purple and pink clip on feathers, and travel with her mom as she helps other pets. Pouf!’s mom also brought a pair of feathered high heels for a few fun photos at the end of our shoot together. They are quite the stylish duo!
