So I’m sitting here trying to write an introduction to this gob smackingly cute photo session by the talented Kira DeDecker, but all my brain is saying? Puppy Puppy Puppy Puppy Puppy Puppy Puppy Puppy Puppy Puppy Puppy Puppy Puppy Puppy Puppy Puppy Puppy Puppy Puppy Puppy Puppy… you get the idea.

But I have a feeling after perusing this adorable session, your brain will be doing the exact same thing before too long. Enjoy!

Normally my clients contact me a couple of weeks ahead of their sessions and tell us about their pets. But on this occasion Winston’s mom, the amazing Marie Whitney – talented founder and creative director of Two Penny Blue – had just adopted a new rescue pup and was traveling from Arizona to Chicago back to Arizona no less – and needed photos pronto before they returned to Chicago.

Since it was a last minute session – she had just adopted Winston – I had no idea what kind of dog I would be photographing that day. So, I was a bit nervous when I rang their doorbell and didn’t hear any barking – I thought I had the wrong house but when she opened the door I spotted the most adorable puppy – it was instant love.

When I say Winston is a wonder, I mean it. He posed for the camera without and begging and bribing and I never barked once.
