A dog’s collar can say a lot about them. So why not keep your pup ahead of the pack with the brand new collar subscription service, Good Day Dog?

The premise of Good Day Dog is simple! Just sign up online to receive a new collar for your dog every month to be shipped straight to your door. Like any subscription service each month brings a new surprise.

Packages are delivered during the last week of each month. Sign up on or before the 15th to receive your first collar within the month. If you sign up after the 15th, your subscription will begin the following month. It couldn’t be easier!

The collars are based on the time of year and current trends to ensure they are the perfect fit for your dog that month. Each come in individual and personalised packaging just for your dog.

Good Day Dog collars are made of fabric, featuring unique and colourful designs. The materials are soft, yet durable making them comfortable for your dog to wear, while also being easy to clean. When you sign up for the subscription service you have the option of choosing sizing in small, medium and large.

When using our Good Day Dog collar, the collar fitted snugly around Soda’s neck with the adjustable tabs allowing me to fit it on her just so. When walking Soda’s leash clipped safely and securely onto the collar D ring.

The stand out feature of Good Day Dog Collar is that their designer collections are exclusive to the subscription service. That’s right – once you’ve signed up for Good Day Dog collar you know you are going to be getting something unique that can’t be found in pet stores.

We loved our ‘Elephant’ design collar, and I could only imagine the excitement of receiving a new exclusive look every month.

Possibly the sweetest part of the program is the option to ‘gift’ someone a Good Day Dog collar subscription.

You can gift 2, 3, 6, or 12 months of Good Day Dog collars to anyone you’d like! I think this would be perfect for new puppies or rescues to get them started; or for active dogs and fashionistas who need more than one collar on a regular basis.

Good Day Dog also has a wonderful program ‘Share the Cuteness‘. If your Good Day Dog collar is used but still in good condition you can mail it to their recycle program where the collars are donated to shelters.

Is this totally necessary? Wouldn’t it be a better idea to buy one good quality dog collar which will last years and give the money you spend on this every month to dog shelters so they can look after homeless dogs?? I have two very large dogs and their collars have lasted for years. Just a random thought.

    • I like to think of it as a pair of shoes, some people do well with just one or two pairs, some people are more active and wear them out quicker, others just like to have a bit of variety!

Because the subscription service has options for how long you want to join for, it could be really worthwhile for households with multiple dogs, and new pups, while still being budget effective.

In terms of helping homeless dogs, in my experience I’ve always found people who tend to pamper their own pets are also very generous towards shelters and helping other dogs in need.

In fact, Good Day Dog has a ‘Share the Cuteness’ program that if you have a subscription and have used collars in good condition, they donate them to shelters:

I’ll update the post with that, as it’s a fabulous program! 🙂

Love this idea! My little collie is in need of a new collar and the thought of her having her own selection is super cute. Thanks for the share!

  5. These are too cute. Our Wheaten Terrier has a penchant for colorful things. These would go so well with his polka dot winter coat! Looks like a great product!

What a cute idea! Between this and BarkBox we could really be getting some awesome packages in the mail each month!
