I just recently found your blog thru iheartorganizing and quickly noticed the cookies. I want to try these but wondering about the steel cut oats. Should they be cooked first?

  2. Kate says:

I know this may be a silly question but what is the difference between steal cut and normal oats?

  3. These sound incredibly delicious!

OMG! Just made these this past weekend since my Roxie’s 4th birthday was coming up (today 1/13 in fact) and they are so good. I did not precook the steel cut oats prior to mixing. Both of my dogs love them and I keep sampling as well. They smell like banana bread! Love that they are so healthy.

  6. Peyton says:

I don’t think my dogs will ever get a cookie. I love anything banana. I can see myself testing just to make sure the cookies are cook, done, or something.

I would choose peanuts over almonds. I’ve had a bad experience with almonds. Check this out:
