What a little star Soda is! Too cute.
Love these ideas – I have been meaning to do something similar with Odie Sanchez & Hans Sausage Thanks for the tips! xxx
Soda, I love the glasses, you rock that look! x
wow! How adorable! Sir Oliver would love a little photo shoot! I may need to do this:)
Great tips! Great pics! LOL Kirby has been photographed since I brought him home so he’s pretty much has a “if I do this then I get that” attitude. Sad thing is with these new digital cameras I probably have more photos of him than my two children combined!
Thanks everyone for the lovely comments! It was so much fun taking these pics, hope you enjoy it as much as we did! xx
I love the glasses! you have just inspired me to get to work on Addie’s Halloween, Christmas, and Valentine’s day cards (well definitely Christmas and V-day…we’ll see about Halloween!)
Your dog is so cute and he knows how to strike a right pose to the camera! Maybe I can also try this activity with my two poodle dogs namely Kitchie and Lucy. Thanks for the awesome tips you have shared with us!
Love the Kanye West look. Great job as usual.
This is definitely my fav post!!! What a gorgoeus dog you have, like mine!!! and so photogenic 🙂
I just discovered this website and its like a dream come true for anyone who enjoys and loves dogs!
This is great! I love photography, but sometimes its hard to get the picture you have in your mind.
Thanks for the tips!

This is such a great way to capture your dogs personality. Love it. I’ll have to give this a go and will have to start looking out for props!
I find the best photos of Jet Cavoodle are the ones I take, mostly because of the relationship I have with him. He connects with me and I get he most loving, sincere look and it reflects in the photos. Best for my husband not to be around he only proves to be the biggest distraction, so we do photoshoots when he’s at work.
Since I’ve started up my own blog, I’m addicted to taking photos of my dogs. I normally take them outside but this is a great suggestion on how to take interesting shots indoors.
My two don’t sit still for long though 🙂
Great tips here. I find that you need a lot of patience is required with dogs and also I know that snapping away can mean that you may get one good shot, but if you take time to observe your pet anticipate when they may do something cute or fun and then try to take them it will mean they won’t get spooked with you photographing them (especially if you need to use flash). I photograph in our studio with and without props. Indoors means that you can focus on the pet and their cute and quirky expressions.
