It doesn’t get much teeny-weeny and cute as a dachshund puppy. Those chubby legs, those heart meting eyes, those ears! This shoot from Dana Cubbage Photography will have you crying out for some Doxie love in no time…

From Dana Cubbage Photography:

I photographed Oscar, a miniature Dachshund, when he was only 9 weeks old. He was so tiny, he fit in the pocket of his (human) mom’s hoodie with ease! Photographing such a small puppy was a challenge for sure. As he was so small, he didn’t even have a collar and didn’t walk on a leash, so keeping him in one spot for an extended period of time wasn’t an option. It was a really fun shoot though!!

He loved exploring the shells on the beach and running next to his (human) mom towards the camera. The moment he started digging a hole in the sand, I knew we had “the shot”. Luckily, I had already positioned myself with the sun glowing in the background so I just let him do his thing and it produced one of my all-time favorite images…

The occasional actress grew up in the Big Apple, nevertheless , now resides in Los Angeles in order to concentrate on their very own showbiz careers.
